Thank you for choosing Narwhal Dumpster, we appreciate your business. We want to make your rental as easy and efficient as possible, please read this entire page before ordering.

Contents of the dumpster are the responsibility of the customer, if someone dumps material into your container you are responsible for whatever it may be, and for any and all charges related to the hauling and disposal. 

All dumpsters have a weight limit; all dumpsters are weighed at the disposal site. Loads over the weight limit will be charged $125.00 per ton. DO NOT overfill your dumpster, keep them level with the top. Material over the top of the dumpster is potential dangerous for the operator and other vehicles on the roadway

10 yd  Garbage-1 ton  Demo-1 ton

15yd  Garbage-1.5 tons Demo-2 tons

20yd Garbage-2 tons Demo-3 tons

30yd  Garbage-3 tons Demo-4 tons

40yd Garbage-4 tons Demo- 5 tons

Some items you place in the dumpster have extra fees that will be charged after pick up, these items include: mattress/box spring, couch, recliner, TV/ monitors, appliances and tires. Fees range from $50-100 and are subject to change.

DO NOT place these items in the dumpster: bio-hazard or medical waste, chemicals, paint, propane tanks, gas cans, equipment with gas or oil, aerosol cans, florescent lights/tubes

Our drivers are considerate, careful and will take great effort to place your roll-off on wooden blocks, however, Narwhal Dumpster Services is not responsible for damage done to driveways, lawns, sidewalks, curbs, underground utilities, shrubs/plants in the path to the roll-off container.

The dumpster must be accessible for pick-up by the dumpster truck. Snow must be shoveled, and cars and debris kept clear. if we are unable to pick up the dumpster there will be a $150 trip charge. Extra days after your scheduled pick-up will be $20 a day. Keep in mind pick up dates are not necessarily the day your dumpster will be gone, please allow some flexibility in the drivers schedule to be in your area, this may take up to 3 business days.

If you need your dumpster placed on the street, you will need a street permit. We will get the permit pulled and charge accordingly. In the event of a snow emergency we need to pick up the dumpster and there is a $150 trip charge to bring it back after the snow emergency. 

Same day cancellations will result in a $75 cancellation fee.
